Hikvision introduces two IR HD mini dome network cameras

Hikvision has announced the addition of two new cameras to its portfolio of 2-line HD network cameras with 1.3 MPixel and 3 MPixel models which features 1/3” CMOS image sensors, HD real-time video, and a switchable IR cut filter for day/night operability.

Hikvision has announced the addition of two new cameras to its portfolio of 2-line HD network cameras with the 1.3 MPixel DS-2CD2512F-I(W)(S)and 3 MPixel DS-2CD2532F-I (W)(S). The 1.3 MPixel (1280 x 960 pixel) model features a 1/3” progressive scan CMOS image sensor, HD real-time video, on-board storage, and an IP66-rated enclosure. The 3 MPixel (2048 x 1536 pixel) model also features a 1/3” progressive scan CMOS image sensor, along with 1080p HD video, on-board storage, and an IP66-rated enclosure. Both cameras are equipped with 10 IR LEDs which offer an IR range of up to 10m, as well as a switchable IR cut filter for true day/night operability. The new cameras from Hikvision are suited for use in video surveillance applications.
