Ximea’s MQ013RG-E2 grayscale USB3 Vision cameras produce 1280 x 1024 pixel images and feature global shutter, 60 fps speed, 5 gigabits per second data transfers, and integrated I/O in what is reportedly the world’s smallest USB3 Vision-compliant industrial camera. The camera, which measures at 26.4 x 26.4 x 21.6 mm. is based on e2V’s Ruby EV76C661 sensors, which offers global shutter for industrial, intelligent transportation systems, defense and security, and microscopy/medical applications. Ximea says it is also the only industrial USB3 Vision camera to be constructed on a single planar board, simplifying OEM implementations.
