To better serve its customers and channel partners in Europe and the Middle East, Pleora Technologies has announced that it has opened an office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Gunnar Jonson, a sales and marketing executive with more than 20 years’ experience in the vision industry, will lead the European Pleora office. Previously, Jonson had established the first European office for DALSA Corporation, and most recently served as marketing director at Copenhagen Sensor Technology.
This office opening follows recent Pleora news of an addition of a dedicated sales engineering resource in Shanghai, which is responsible for assisting product integrations in China and Taiwan. In addition, the company plans to expand its headquarters location in Ottawa, Canada at some point in 2013, according to the Pleora press release.
