9.2 megapixel CCD cameras perform in low-light applications

Artemis CCD Ltd. has launched the FS92 9.2 Mpixel for its FS series of cooled CCD cameras, which enable low-light applications such as fluorescence and chemiluminescence imaging, and optical spectroscopy.

Artemis CCD Ltd. has launched the FS92 9.2 Mpixel for its FS series of cooled CCDcameras, which enable low-light applications such as fluorescence and chemiluminescence imaging, and optical spectroscopy. The camera features 9.19 million effective pixels in a Type 1 3388 x 2712 pixel array. It is Peltier cooled to a delta of -25° below ambient and is available with either a monochrome or color sensor. In addition, it comes with a comprehensive software development kit along with LabVIEW drivers and a plugin for the open source image editor, ImageJ.
