Baumer expands MX camera line with USB 3.0 board level cameras

Baumer has expanded its line of MX cameras with the addition of five new USB 3.0 cameras with CCD or CMOS image sensors, which are suitable for use in industrial image processing, intelligent traffic systems, robotics, packaging and print, medical technology, inspection, and energy applications.

Baumer has expanded its line of MX cameras with the addition of five new USB 3.0 cameras available in monochrome or color models. The models range from VGA to 4 MPixel sizes and include CCD image sensors from Sony or CMOS image sensors from CMOSIS, depending on the model. In addition, the USB 3.0 cameras feature frame rates from 29 fps to 160 fps and come with Baumer GAPI software development kit v 2.2 software. These USB 3.0 cameras are also certified in accordance with the new USB3 Vision standard, making them compatible with software libraries for industrial image processing such as NI LabVIEW, MVTec HALCON, or Matrox Imaging Library. MX USB 3.0 cameras are suitable for use in industrial image processing, intelligent traffic systems, robotics, packaging and print, medical technology, inspection, and energy applications.
