Teledyne DALSA introduces new CMOS line scan cameras
Piranha4 mono and color cameras from Teledyne DALSA feature 4k resolution and 10.56 μm x 10.56 μm pixel size. They combine advancements in Teledyne DALSA’s CMOS image sensor technology with a signal-to-noise ratio that is suitable for high speed imaging. The cameras use advanced chipsets that allow cable lengths of 15 to 30 meters and beyond, and their GenICam-compliant interface reportedly makes them easier to set up, control and integrate. The P4-4k cameras are suitable for use in print inspection, electronics manufacturing, check scanning, pharmaceutical, wood and tile inspection, cotton and web inspection, and general machine vision applications.
