• X-ray detector runs at high resolution

    CCD-11000XR is a high-resolution x-ray detector. The detector achieves a resolution of higher than 25 lp/mm, being read out at up to 6 frames/s. Less expensive x-ray sources can be used to achieve the high system resolution. The sensor is protected by integrated fiberoptics and is suitable for an energy of 30 to150 kV.
