11-Mpixel camera uses Camera Link interface
OCTOBER 13, 2008--The SVCam camera line includes a new 11-Mpixel model, svs11002-12, with 12-bit data format and Camera Link interface. Progressive-scan camera provides 4008 x 2672-pixel resolution using a Kodak Interline Transfer CCD sensor with 43.3-mm diagonal, which corresponds to the small picture format of an ordinary camera. Camera provides 6.3 frames/s; higher frame rates can be achieved in partial scan mode with a reduced number of lines. Binning with 2 x 2 pixels is also possible. System integration and configuration is achieved with ConvenientCam software, used to adjust parameters and operational modes such as gain, offset, exposure time, free running, or triggered. It is available in monochrome or color versions.

New 11 Megapixel Camera with 12 Bit and CameraLink Interface
SVS-VISTEK expands its large range of the SVCam camera line with a new 11 megapixel model called
svs11002-12 with 12 Bit data format and CameraLink interface. This Progessive Scan camera
provides a resolution of 4008 x 2672 pixel using a Kodak Interline Transfer CCD sensor. The diagonal
of the sensor is 43.3mm which corresponds to the small picture format of an ordinary camera.
The camera provides 6.3 frames per second. Much higher frame rates can be achieved in the Partial Scan
mode with a reduced number of lines. Binning with 2 x 2 pixel is also possible.
For the system integration and configuration of the camera the delivery is completed by the approved
software tool ConvenientCam of SVS-VISTEK. This program is used to adjust various parameters and
operational modes of the camera, such as gain, offset, exposure time, "free running" or "triggered".
A large range of lenses can be connected via the M58-thread or an F-Mount adaptor. The camera is well
equipped for the exertion in tight crowded conditions because of its compact case of only 65 x 67 x 45mm.
It is available as monochrome or colour version.
The svs11002-12 can be used for example for the print layout control, the PCB inspection or for high-end
metrology.
