SWIR array gives extended response

LC Series linear photodiode array, the short-wavelength infrared (SWIR) SU256LCS-2.6T2 is available with 256 elements of extended-response InGaAs material. Designed for the broad wavelength range from 0.9 to 2.6 µm, the LC Series includes a two-stage TEC and thermally optimized materials for multichannel spectrometers that require high sensitivity, low power consumption, and long-term stability.

Proprietary readout integrated circuitry provides an autozero function that significantly reduces dark current and fixed-pattern nonuniformity.
