• JAI introduces USB 3.0 and GigE versions of GO-5000 machine vision cameras

    JAI’s entry-level industrial camera, the GO-5000, is now available in USB3 Vision and GigE Vision interfaces (pictured).

    JAI’s entry-level industrial camera, the GO-5000, is now available in USB3 Vision and GigE Vision interfaces (pictured). The GO-5000M-USB (monochrome) and GO-5000C-USB (color) cameras feature a 1” CMOS imager with a global shutter and 5 µm pixel size and achieves a frame rate of 62 fps at full 5 MPixel resolution. The GO-5000M-PGE mono) and GO-5000C-PGE (color) cameras feature a 1” CMOS imager with a global shutter and 5 µm pixel size and achieves a frame rate of 22 fps at full 5 MPixel resolution. Both the USB3 and GigE models feature a 60 dB linear dynamic range with 100 dB piece-wise HDR mode (monochrome versions), in-camera CMOS pattern correction, 8/10/12-bit output, C-Mount lens mount, and will accept Power over GigE/USB3 Vision interface or through a 6-pin connector.
