FLIR Systems’ new A65sc camera is a 640 x 512 pixel infrared camera that features an uncooled VOx microbolometer detector with a 7.5 – 13 µm spectral range and 17 µm pixel size. The camera kit—which is designed for research and development applications—comes with FLIR ResearchIR software, which enables researchers to view, record, and analyze thermal image data. The camera is GigE Vision and GenICam compliant and produces thermal images of 640 x 512 pixels, which enables users to analyze experiments in greater detail. In addition, the cameras feature Power over Ethernet and a measurement temperature range of –40 to 320°F. Along with the camera and software, the kit comes with a lens, focus adjustment tool, and user guides and documentation.
