Raptor will have its OWL SW1.7 CL-640 camera on display at SPIE DSS 2014 from May 5-9 in Baltimore, MD. OWL 640 cameras are equipped with a 640 x 512 InGaAs sensor from SCD, which supports a spectral response of 0.4 µm to 1.7 µm. The sensor features a 15 µm x 15 µm pixel pitch, which enables VIS-SWIR imaging with less than 65 electrons readout noise. Available with a 14 bit Camera Link interface, the OWL 640 will run from 10 to 120Hz, facilitating digital video capture with intelligent automated gain control. OWL 640 cameras are suitable for use in such applications as laser line detection, astronomy, airborne payload, hyperspectral imaging, semiconductor inspection, and solar cell inspection.
