NEW PRODUCT PRESS RELEASE

Image Labs International Launches New Expanded Website

Leader in machine vision technology offers updated web services

Today, Image Labs International, a leader in machine vision cameras, imaging components and custom vision solutions, announced a brand new expanded website to better serve the machine vision industry.

Formally known as Vision1, Image Labs International (ILI) has been a leader in custom engineered vision solutions and fairly priced components for nearly two decades. The extensive inventory includes the industry's premier manufacturers of machine vision cameras and software, lenses, machine vision lighting, custom low noise power supplies and frame grabbers. The latest machine vision components from Teledyne Dalsa, Allied Vision Technologies, JAI, Pentax and numerous others manufacturers have been added.

“The site is known as the original Vision and Imaging Technology Resource. It is still a very deep site but we have added a large amount of new products as well, “stated Sharla Burns, ILI CEO. “ This is part of our continued commitment to the vision, scientific, robotic and security industries. The search for specifications and components has been simplified, but our service remains the same. The RFQ feature allows prospects to easily make a list of components, ask questions and submit to receive a quote quickly along with any additional integration help required. Our commitment to collaborative customer focused development will continue to be the centerpiece of our offerings,” she continued.

For convenience, legacy, custom and hard-to-find components will still be available. One of the custom products developed by Image Labs International is the V3LC lens-motor controller. The device enables computer control of motorized lenses and pan-tilt units. It allows the user to regulate zoom, focus and iris from a computer, and to control two lenses independently or in stereo. The lens speed can be adjusted for fine-tuning control. It runs off 15 VDC, has RS-232 serial communications protocol, and comes with a software development kit and example code. Software is provided for writing application-specific interfaces.
