JANUARY 19, 2009--The IRCAM Equus 327k L pro is based on an MCT detector, manufactured by using MOVPE technology, which enables the production of large LWIR detectors with high homogeneity and few cluster defects. Camera offers full frame rates of 100 Hz (at 640 x 512 pixels) and windowing frame rates up to 80 kHz. Temperature measurements can be performed with very high dynamics, so scenes with cold and very hot areas can be measured within only one image. The integrated MIO interface makes the camera suitable for all measurement techniques of active and dynamic thermography.

IRCAM EQUUS 327k L pro

The IRCAM Equus 327k L pro is based on a novel MCT detector, manufactured by using MOVPE technology. The camera has an excellent temperature resolution even at very short integration times. The temporal stability and speed of this innovative LWIR camera is outstanding.

The MOVPE technology allows to produce large size LWIR detectors with high homogeneity and very few cluster defects. Hence, this technology is the first choice for highly sensitive large size LWIR detectors.

The Equus 327k L pro offers full frame rates of 100 Hz (at 640 x 512 pixels) and windowing frame rates up to 80 kHz.

Using the IRCAM Equus 327k L pro temperature measurements can be performed with very high dynamics, so that e.g. scenes with cold and very hot areas can be measured within only one image.
