High-frame-rate, high-resolution, short-wavelength-infrared (SWIR) camera, the SU640SDWH-1.7RT, is an indium gallium arsenide camera that has regions-of-interest (ROIs) windowing capabilities with high-sensitivity SWIR spectral response from 900 to 1700 nm. The 25-µm-pitch 640 × 512-pixel FPA captures full-size images at 109 frames/s or can image smaller ROIs at greater than 15,000 frames/s with 100% fill factor.
