New camera has a resolution of 64 x 48 pixels and integrated suppression-of-background illumination. It has a standard 4:3 imaging format, an improved fill factor of 32%, and an extended dynamic range of 114 dB, which allows precise measurements even under difficult environmental conditions.

New camera has a resolution of 64 x 48 pixels and integrated suppression-of-background illumination. It has a standard 4:3 imaging format, an improved fill factor of 32%, and an extended dynamic range of 114 dB, which allows precise measurements even under difficult environmental conditions. The system uses a 32-bit processor from AMD (Elan SC520) with the eLINOS operating system and a FPGA. Included with the camera package are FireWire and Ethernet cables, CamVis Pro, and MiniSDK.
