JANUARY 25, 2010--The C4-2350-GigE camera uses a noncontact 3-D sensor with laser triangulation that measures up to 58 million 3-D points/s (at 23,450 profiles/s). Sensor resolution is 2352 × 1728 pixels with 7 × 7-µm pixels. 3-D algorithms include threshold-selection method, maximum method, COG method, and peak method (customized algorithms). The user can select up to four AOIs (sensor read-out window) in image and profile mode. The RS-422 interface converter has a programmable counter for profile trigger generation and integral identification of direction of movement. Data transmission is performed via Gigabit Ethernet interface. Automation Technology
