Camera system aids steel inspection

The DFC290 is for fast and efficient quality control, for example of steel components. With 3-Mpixel standard resolution and a 10-bit AD converter, the camera produces images of high definition and contrast. Its fast shutter speeds permit a high per-second frame rate for nonflicker video recordings in real time. The camera is based on a 5-Mpixel sensor with live image control to enable fast sample positioning and focusing directly on the monitor.
