Camera system monitors packaging line
InLine system captures line stoppages and automatically downloads images via Gigabit Ethernet,. InLine cameras operate in conjunction with machine-vision inspection systems. When the machine vision system senses and rejects a bad item, the InLine camera is triggered to automatically download the images to a preselected computer on the network. Analysis of the high-speed images show the line operator what caused the reject and appropriate adjustments can be made to the production line.
