Camera supports 3-D imaging

Bumblebee XB3 stereo vision camera, a three-sensor multibaseline IEEE-1394b stereo camera, delivers 3-D images and complete stereo-processing support. Incorporating three Sony 1/3-in. progressive-scan CCDs, with 12- and 24-cm baselines for stereo processing, the Bumblebee XB3 provides 1280 × 960 images at 16 frames/s.

Bumblebee XB3 stereo vision camera, a three-sensor multibaseline IEEE-1394b stereo camera, delivers 3-D images and complete stereo-processing support. Incorporating three Sony 1/3-in. progressive-scan CCDs, with 12- and 24-cm baselines for stereo processing, the Bumblebee XB3 provides 1280 × 960 images at 16 frames/s. It transmits images to the host PC via an IEEE-1394b interface, delivers full field-of-view depth measurements from a single image set, and is precalibrated for lens distortion and camera mis-alignments.
