NIR-300 camera expands the company's family of IR cameras to the NIR region of 0.9--1.7 μm. The NIR-300 is based on an InGaAs sensor with 320 × 256 pixels, read out with 14 bit at 50 images/s. Output is available as Camera Link or Gigabit Ethernet. The camera is available both as cooled and temperature-stabilized or as noncooled.
