ADLINK Technology will showcase its NEON-1021 smart camera and its EOS-1300 4CH PoE GigE Vision embedded system at Automate 2017 in Chicago. The NEON-1021 is an Intel Atom E3845 processer-based smart camera with the monochrome 2 MPixel e2v Sapphire EV76C570 CMOS image sensor, which has a 4.5 µm pixel size and reaches 60 fps. The smart camera also features multi-ROI image capture, FPGA-accelerated image pre-processing, and software support with MVTec HALCON, MVTec MERLIC, COGNEX VisionPro, STEMMER Common Vision Blox, Teledyne Dalsa Sherlock, Adaptive Vision Studio, Euresys Open eVision, and more.

Also on display will be the EOS-1300 compact GigE Vision embedded system, which is equipped with 6th generation Intel Core i7/i5/i3 processors and four independent Power over Ethernet ports. FPGA-based function allows the EOS-1300 to provide programming de-bounce filtering, on-the-fly triggering, and advanced encoder functions for real-time precision control with no CPU loading or requirement for additional devices.
