On display at the Duma Optronics booth at SPIE Photonics West 2018 will be a newinfrared version of the electronic autocollimator, which enables high precision measurement of reflections from mirror surfaces. The autocollimator has an operational wavelength of 1060 nm and will soon be extended to the 1310 nm and 1550 nm range, and has a measurement capability down to 0.001 arc sec or 0.05 µrad, with clear aperture of 62 mm. The system—which includes a USB 2.0 CCD camera and software—measures minute angular displacements for various optical setups and alignment tasks.
