20 MPixel Phoenix industrial camera from LUCID in production

LUCID Vision Labs' 20 MPixel Phoenix camera, which features Sony's IMX183 Exmor R back-illuminated CMOS image sensor, has entered series production. The new camera is based on the monochrome and color 1" rolling shutter image sensor that features a 2.4 µm pixel size and captures full resolution images at 6 fps.

LUCID Vision Labs' 20 MPixel Phoenix camera, which features Sony's IMX183 Exmor R back-illuminated CMOS image sensor, has entered series production. The new camera is based on the monochrome and color 1" rolling shutter image sensor that features a 2.4 µm pixel size and captures full resolution images at 6 fps.

The 20 MPixel Phoenix camera is 28 x 28mm in size and has a board layout that can be tri-folded into a stacked camera or unfolded into 90° or 180° orientations. The camera's Hirose ix Industrial Ethernet connector features snap-in positive locking, and the new Phoenix model conforms to GigE Vision 2.0 and GenlCam 3 standards.
