    Featuring a 1/6.4” size, the IMX397 global shutter CMOS image sensorfrom Sony is a low noise, low power sensor design for embedded vision projects in industrial applications. The IMX397 is a 0.3 MPixel sensor with a 3.45 µm pixel size that can achieve speeds of up to 240 fps at full resolution. Available in monochrome only, the sensor is 4.63 mm x 3.67 mm and features a MIPI CSI-2 I/F interface for embedded applications, as well as a 10-bit A/D converter and 4:3 aspect ratio.
