Fixed-mount barcode reader from Cognex offers faster speed, ease of use
Touted by Cognexas a product that faster speeds and more efficient installation and operation than conventional readers, the DataMan 470 fixed-mount barcode reader targets manufacturing and logistics applications. The barcode reader features a 2048 x 1536 CMOS image sensor with speeds of up to 80 fps, as well as multi-core processing power, lens mount options (S-Mount, C-Mount, and autofocus liquid lens), and field-interchangeable multi-color and polarization lighting options. It also offers HDR and HDR+ technology and decoding algorithms for 1D and 2D symbologies, including 1DMax with Hotbars technology and 2DMax with PowerGrid technology.
