JAI Adds Three New Cameras to Line Scan Series

Line scan cameras especially designed for challenging inspection applications such as glass inspection.

JAI has added three new cameras to its Sweep series of line scan cameras, the 8K trilinear, 8k monochrome, and 16k monochrome models.

The SW-8001TL-MCL is a color line scan camera equipped with a CMOS trilinear global shutter sensor. It has a Mini Camera Link interface, 8K, 3x8192 resolution, 7μm x 7μm pixel size, and 33kHz scan rate. The camera can achieve up to 800MB data throughput.

The SW-8001M-MCL is a monochrome line scan camera equipped with a global shutter sensor. It has a Mini Camera Link interface, 8192 x 2 resolution, 7μm x 7μm pixel size, and 100kHz line rate.

The SW-16001M-MCL is a monochrome line scan camera equipped with CMOS global shutter sensor. It has a Mini Camera Link interface, 16384x2 resolution and 50kHz line rate.

These cameras are especially designed for glass, paper, print, packaging, film, and PCB inspection tasks performed in challenging conditions.
