Fiberoptic illuminator brightens scene
The Mille Luce M1000 fiberoptic illuminator delivers 1000 hours of 150-W quartz-halogen lamp life. It provides shadow- free, glare-free, cool illumination via a patent-pending optical design. A slide potentiometer adjusts the intensity of EKE and EJE lamps from 0% to 100%. Optional iris dimming is available for maintaining constant color temperature. The 6.5 ¥ 6.5 ¥ 4.5-in. illuminator weighs 5.5 lb and comes with a positive-locking collet for easy attachment changes. An optional filter holder kit offers 25 ¥ 2.5-mm red, yellow, green, blue, and daylight correction color filters and two holders.
