NOVEMBER 30, 2009--The new MIDICIS linescan camera is provided with an RGB image sensor option. It offers pixel resolutions of 25 dpi for basic imaging to 3600 dpi for greater image detail for demanding machine-vision applications. Standard MIDICIS camera scan widths are 260 and 520 mm. Custom scan widths are available upon request. Customers can order the camera with integrated LED lighting; color options are red, white, RGB, IR, and UV. Light configuration options available are single side, double side, coaxial, or external lighting. The camera can be ordered with industry-standard Camera Link or GigE interface. The MIDICIS is powered with 24 Vdc.

Tichawa Vision (TiVi) announces GigE interface and RGB
option for the new MIDICIS line scan camera.
The MIDICIS line scan camera combines COB (chip on board) with GRIN (graded index) lens technology, color imaging sensor, integrated LED lighting, line resolution to 3600dpi and scan widths to 520mm.
Germany: Tichawa Vision has expanded their offering of line scan cameras to include the new MIDICIS model, with a RGB image sensor option. The MIDCIS will be introduced at the 2009 Vision Expo in Stuttgart, Germany November 3rd to 5th.
