Optimized for machine vision applications, the Emerald 5M includes 5° Chief Ray Angle compensation. The sensor is offered in a cLGA package or miniaturized fan-out package with 1.99 mm thickness. Multi region of interest, subsampling, single frame exposure, and single frame HDR are all embedded functionalities of the Emerald 5M.
Teledyne e2v will make samples of the Emerald 5M available in Q1 2019.
