• onsemi Releases New iToF Sensor Line

    Sensors especially designed for a variety of machine vision applications, including bin picking, palletizing, logistics, robotics, and object recognition.

    onsemi recently released Hyperlux ID, a new line of indirect Time of Flight sensors, the AF0130 and AF0131. These monochrome CMOS global shutter sensors utilize onsemi’s global shutter pixel architecture and onboard storage technology to capture a scene while simultaneously processing depth measurement in real time. They feature 1.2 MPixel resolution, 3.5 x 3.5µm pixel size, 60 fps frame rates and MIPI interface.

    The Hyperlux ID sensors are especially designed for a variety of machine vision applications, including bin picking, palletizing, logistics, robotics, and spatial and 3D object recognition.
