Gpixel Adds New Backlit Sensor
Gpixel has added a new ultra-high sensitivity backlit CMOS global shutter sensor to its GSPRINT series, the GSPRINT2001BSI. Available in monochrome and color options, this sensor has 1.3 MPixel, 1280 x 1024 resolution, 20 x 20 µm pixel size, and 6400 fps framerate. It has 150 ns minimum exposure and 250 ns minimum inter-frame interval, and can provide high quantum efficiency in visible, NIR, and UV wavelengths. It has 2 ke full well capacity, 19 e read noise, and 56 dB dynamic range at full speed.
The GSPRINT2001BSI is especially designed for such imaging applications as Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) and scientific research.
