New Imaging Technologies Releases New SWIR Line Scan Camera

The camera combines high resolution, fast frame rates, and onboard correction features, making it suitable for a variety of inspection tasks.

New Imaging Technologies has released a new SWIR line scan camera, LiSaSWIR 2048 v2. This new GenCP compliant camera with CameraLink interface is equipped with NIT’s 2048x1 resolution NSC2301 InGas sensor, has an 8 μm pixel pitch, and achieves a frame rate of 110 kHz. It has a spectral response of .9 to 1.7 μm. It has a dynamic range of 55dB at high gain. Onboard features include non-uniformity correction and bad pixel replacement.

The LiSaSWIR 2048 v2 is especially designed for machine vision applications that require performance in SWIR wavelength ranges, including semiconductor and photovoltaic inspection, food sorting, recycling and waste management, and pharmaceutical packaging and process control.
