Stadtroda, Germany; January 15, 2026 – Starting in January 2026, the renowned machine vision brands Allied Vision, Chromasens, Mikrotron, NET, and SVS-Vistek will be consolidated under the Allied Vision brand. The companies, which are all part of the TKH Group NV, will combine their extensive technological expertise, individual strengths, and diverse industry knowledge, becoming a top-tier provider of seamlessly integrated hardware and software solutions - delivered with a customer-centric focus and the convenience of a single, unified source.
The range of solutions is further enhanced by offerings from Euresys SA, a sister company closely affiliated with Allied Vision and leading high-tech company for image and video acquisition components, frame grabbers, image analysis software, and FPGA IP Cores. TKH Vision Italy, the Italian branch of the TKH Vision group, will also become part of the Allied Vision brand, expanding the sales and support network.
