WHAT: Product experts will be available at Excelitas booth #E51 in Hall 10 to discuss and demonstrate the following innovations:  

·High-Speed Object Recognition Demonstration featuring the LINOS® d.fine HR-M Lens and pco.dimax 3.6 ST High-Speed Camera: This streaming setup pairs with AI software for ultra-fast, high-resolution image capture for detection, inspection and process monitoring applications. The camera captures crystal clear images at a recording speed of over 2000 fps and the wide aperture and ultra-high-resolution lens ensure detailed imaging and optimal illumination. Visitors can also experience this demonstration as part of the VISION 2026 Guided Tour: Electronics & Semiconductors. 

·Fast QR Code Reading and Identification Setup using the LINOS inspec.x L 5.6/105 VIS-NIR Lens and the new pco.horizon 9.1 bi TDI CLHS Line Scan Camera: This setup showcases exceptional performance for high-speed inspection applications. It demonstrates high-resolution TDI line scanning for reliable identification at high production speeds and low-light conditions.

·SWIR Wafer Inspection Setup featuring Excelitas’ new InGaAs image sensor-based camera, the pco.edge 1.3 SWIR and the LINOS inspec.x L 5.6/105 VIS-NIR apochromatic lens, which supports ultra-sharp, high-contrast imaging across a broad wavelength spectrum from 400 nm to 1150 nm, eliminating the need for refocusing. The camera’s low noise characteristics and spectral sensitivity range of 300 nm - 1700 nm make it a very versatile tool for the most challenging inspection and scientific imaging tasks. The semiconductor wafer inspection setup shows that quality control of silicon semiconductors is possible even from the backside with SWIR radiation.

·Extending sCMOS Imaging into the MWIR Demonstration showcases next-generation MWIR imaging using real-time signal up-conversion and a VIS/NIR high-performance pco.panda 4.2 sCMOS camera: By converting MWIR images for detection with silicon sensor technology, the system combines the benefits of MWIR imaging with outstanding sensitivity, high resolution, high speed, and wide dynamic range of advanced sCMOS cameras. The system delivers a flexible and scalable platform for industrial inspection, process monitoring, scientific imaging, and thermal analysis.

·Semiconductor Wafer Inspection Demonstration including the Optem® mag.x 125 Widefield Microscope System and the new pco.pixelfly™ 10 bi CLHS Camera: The camera provides sCMOS performance (i.e. low noise, high QE and high dynamic range) in a compact form factor package and is now also available with a Bayer matrix sensor for challenging imaging tasks, where high quality color information is required. In combination with the mag.x system 125, which delivers outstanding image quality across the whole image circle for magnifications up to 18x, the demonstration showcases an ultra-high resolution imaging system that is capable of even the most demanding inspection tasks in semiconductor backend and display inspection.
