Engineering Clarity in Dual FOV On-Axis Monitoring

Effective laser process monitoring requires optical systems engineered for the application wavelength. Our on-axis achromatic design minimizes chromatic aberration at 633 nm, providing a distortion-free, real-time view of the workpiece. This ensures accurate visual feedback without alignment error or interpretive guesswork.

Tube Lens Family – Defines field of view and magnification:

  • TB-633-56-D15 (WFOV): 1X magnification for full-field alignment.
  • TB-633-798-D15 (NFOV): 14.25X magnification for detailed inspection.

Scan Lens (TSLA-1064-633-18-56) – Serves dual functions:

  • Directs the laser scan path.
  • Acts as the primary imaging element.
  • Key parameters: 16 x 18 mm scan field, 64.07 mm WD, spot sizes from 5.3 to 9.33 µm.

The integrated optical path ensures precise correspondence between the laser process and the captured image. With spot resolution down to 5.3 µm in NFOV, the system enables quantitative measurement of feature quality, edge definition, and process consistency, replacing intuition with data.
