The 85 RHS series red laser from CVI Melles Griot provides more than 300 mW of single frequency output at 660 nmwith rock-solid stability over a wide temperature range. Due to the extremely narrow band single frequency output of 659.5 ± 1.0 nm, selection of cut-off filters to separate excitation from emission becomes a much easier task when compared with diode laser sources. These lasers are ideal for use with Alexa Fluor®, Cy5, DiD, Xenofl uor™ and other long wavelength fluorophores for applications in flow cytometry, high-throughput drug discovery, DNA sequencing, bioluminescent imaging and confocal microscopy.
