As the modern battlefield experiences an increase in technologically advanced warfighting systems, the need for state of the art intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities is on the rise. Relying on the latest sighting devices as well as infrared cameras, thermal imaging systems, and laser target designators requires a low latency sensor distribution system for mission success. The Multi-Sensor Rugged Video Gateway (RVG-MS1) is a military standard system designed to provide multi-input and output capability for demanding video sensor applications.The rugged, size, weight, power, and cost (SWaP-C) optimized device is designed for use in the harsh environmental conditions that are encountered in aerospace and defence applications, and as such, has been MILSTD qualified. Part of the Rugged Video Gateway (RVG) family, the RVG-MS1 can be incorporated into space-constrained manned and unmanned platforms of all types and is seamlessly interoperable with Curtiss-Wright Video Management solutions.
