Vision Tank competition from Embedded Vision Alliance seeks computer vision innovators

At this year’s Embedded Vision Summit—which will be held May 1-3 in Santa Clara, CA, USA—the Embedded Vision Alliance will host Vision Tank 2017, which is a startup competition in which promising new companies in computer vision compete for a chance to win a grand prize.

At this year’s Embedded Vision Summit—which will be held May 1-3 in Santa Clara, CA, USA—the Embedded Vision Alliance will host Vision Tank 2017, which is a startup competition in which promising new companies in computer vision compete for a chance to win a grand prize.

Until March 1, the Embedded Vision Alliance will accept submissions from computer vision startups with new products and product ideas incorporating visual intelligence. Five finalist companies will each get eight minutes to make their “elevator pitch” to a panel of judge made up by prominent industry leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs. The top award winner, Most Innovative Vision-Based Product, will receive $5,0000 in cash and a one-year corporate membership in the Embedded Vision Alliance ($10,000 value), in addition to the exposure they will receive at the event.

Vision Tank will be held on May 2 during the summit at the Santa Clara Convention Center, and the winner will be announced live. Submissions can be sent to[email protected] with a deadline submission of March 1.
