Industrial PC platform from Artesyn targets machine vision and video surveillance
New from Artesyn Embedded Technologies is the MaxCoreindustrial PC platform, which is based on PCI Express architecture. The system has an IntelXeon processor D-based motherboard connected with 15 PCIe slots, 13 of which are full-length and full-height, to support a heterogeneous mix of compute, I/O, acceleration and storage. The PCIe card slots support high powered, double-wide GPU cards, to provide a range of acceleration options. Four DDR4 DIMM memory slots in the system can provide up to 128 GB RAM. Additionally, the system includes web-based graphical user interface management.
