e-con Systems recently launched a new GigE camera, RouteCam CU25. This color PoE camera comes equipped with an onsemi AR0234CS global shutter sensor with 1920 x 1200 active sensor area, fixed focus, and full HD resolution. The color camera is fixed focus and has 3 x 3μm pixel size. It has a frame rate of 60 fps at full HD mode and dynamic range of 71.4 dB. It comes with an S-mount lens mount with a 140° (D),120.5°(H), 67.38°(V) FOV. It is compatible with e-con System’s Clovis Central smart device management platform.
Without a lens, the camera has a footprint of 46 x 46 x 52.9 mm; with lens it is 46 x 46 x 65.12 mm. It has an operating temperature range of -30° to 70° C. The camera, rated IP67, also meets ISO 16750 and ISO 20653:2013 standards.
The camera is especially designed for outdoor machine vision tasks such as intelligent transport systems and industrial safety applications.
