The 1.70 x 1.11 x 0.2-in. ADS-951 is an 18-bit, 1-MHz sampling analog-to-digital converter. Packaged in a 32-pin, metal-sealed, ceramic TDIP, the unit contains a sample-hold amplifier; a subranging, two-pass converter stage; an internal reference, timing/control logic, and error-correction circuits. Requiring ±15- and ±5-V supplies, it accepts analog inputs of ±5 V, dissipates 1.45 W, operates from 0°C to 70°C (commercial), and provides TTL digital input and output level
