Mezzanine board carries 32 A/D channels
The bitsi-ADC32 I/O mezzanine board provides 32 channels of differential analog-to-digital conversion. Individually programmable gains are available for each channel at a maximum conversion rate of 100 kHz. The board mounts on the BITSI site of the company`s Sharc-based host boards and communicates with Sharc processors via the BITSI serial port. The board can generate an internal sample clock using its 16-bit timer or an external sample clock. A 32-bit digital I/O port furnishes an interface to external devices. Each of the 32 I/O bits can be individually configured as an input or an output. BittWare Research Systems, 33 North Main St., Concord, NH 03301; (603) 226-0404; Fax: (603) 226-6667.
