The DCM-1600 CompactPCI bus motion-control card series provides as many as four axes of motion control on one card for use with step motors, servo motors, and hydraulics in any axis combination. It includes 80 user-configurable inputs and outputs, nonvolatile program memory with multitasking of as many as eight programs, and on-board sinusoidal commutation for brushless motors. The cards provide servo update rates with sample rates as low as 62.5 ms, control of up to 12 million encoder counts/
