Mikrotron announces increased presence in Russia and Sweden
Munich-based Mikrotron has announced that Sedatec Ltd. and Precision Technic Nordic will be taking over the distribution of high-speed cameras in Russia and Sweden, respectively.
"This means we have acquired two more competent partners with extensive expertise and excellent contacts in all the relevant industries," said Patrick Herzog, International Sales Manager at Mikrotron.
Sedatec Ltd. (Moscow, Russia) and Precision Technic Nordic (Stockholm, Sweden) will be immediately responsible for the sales of Mikrotron high-speed recording cameras in their respective countries. Sales and support engineers will provide extensive application competencies and comprehensive technical advice and training to customers, offering users in industrial applications, research and development, and academic settings competent local partners.
The most recent high-speed imaging device released by Mikrotron is the EoSens 25CXP (pictured), a 25 MPixel CoaXPress camera that achieves a frame rate of 60 fps. In full HD, the camera delivers 880 fps, and can offer up to 100,000 fps at reduced resolution. The camera features a 25 MPixel global shutter CMOS image sensor with a 4.5 µm pixel size, as well as data transmission rates of up to 6.25 Gbit/s with a single-core cable, and up to 25 Gbit/s with up to four cores. The EoSens 25CXP from Mikrotron is suitable for use in quality control in flat screens and printed circuit boards, and other factory automation applications.
