Mettler-Toledo’s CI-Vision’s V6300 vision inspection system supports up to five cameras and with CI-Vision software can perform multiple inspections of a target package simultaneously. This includes ID/OD, ovality, gross formation defects, label positioning, label quality, closure applications, fill level, 1D and 2D bar codes, graphical presence and quality, and the presence and verification of alphanumeric codes. The system’s software analyzes images at speeds of up to 1,000 parts/min to enable rapid changeover and also enables the quick training of new parts and the adding of new inspections without slowing production time. V6300’s reject options include air blow-off, pusher, of soft finger. In addition, the system runs on Windows 7 64 bit OS with Intel multi-core processor and features an LCD 17” touch screen.
