ISRA Vision’s PowerPlate (P²) range of synchronized inspection systems are designed to not only inspect glass plates, but also optimize the quality of the manufactured product. The PowerPlate family of inspection systems is currently made up of nine products that perform distinct tasks but can be combined to account for a variety of different quality needs. These tasks include: Non-contact inspection, in-line inspection for surface defects, optimization of the coating process, color inspection, form and evenness inspection, in-line inspection of laminate, in-line inspection of form of glass elements, inspection of the edges of the glass plates, and a comprehensive optical quality inspection.
