All-weather CCD color camera enables plant monitoring

Yokogawa Electric Corporation released the first model in its new FIELDEYE II series of all-weather CCD cameras that are designed for the monitoring of plant facilities.

Yokogawa Electric Corporation released the first model in its new FIELDEYE II series of all-weather CCD cameras that are designed for the monitoring of plant facilities. The FC33U model is a compact-sized camera with pan-title zoom functionality and a rugged, corrosion-resistant enclosure. It comes standard with a minimum illumination of 0.5 lux*2 and a zoom magnification of 36x optical and 20x digital. Yokogawa says the FC33U model is suitable for use in the monitoring of processes and facilities at oil, petrochemical, chemical, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, food and iron and steel plants.
