JANUARY 12--Advanced Vision Technology (AVT; Hod-Hasharon, Israel; www.avt-inc.com/), a manufacturer of automatic inspection solutions for printing applications, has signed a distribution agreement with Nilpeter China. This agreement was established to support AVT's growth in the Chinese market, particularly targeting the label and narrow web sectors. Nilpeter is a manufacturer of high-performance narrow-web presses. It launched its China operation in 2004, with offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen.
