Shearwater buys image-processing lines of Newfound Technology

MAY 14, 2007--Shearwater Technology (Littleton, MA, USA), a manufacturer of legacy embedded electronics, has acquired the image-processing and connectivity product lines of Newfound Technology. "We are excited to add the Datacube, Ariel, Aurora Technologies, and Netaccess product lines to our portfolio," said Joseph Rogers, president of Shearwater Technology.
